MIDDLESEX CRICKET OUT-GROUND GROUND REGULATIONS
All persons entering the ground, and
the right to remain within the ground are subject to the Ground Regulations.
Middlesex Cricket reserve the right to remove from the Ground any person who refuses
to comply with them. All matches are played in accordance with the rules and
regulations of both Middlesex Cricket and the England and Wales Cricket Board
(ECB).
- The Club (and
stewards) reserve the right to refuse admission to any person.
- All spectators
must comply with instructions and directions issued by Club officials,
stewards and/ or police officers.
- The use of any
racial comment or racial chanting is a criminal offence and will be
reported to the Police.
- Smoking and
Vaping is permitted in designated areas only.
- No animals
other than assistance dogs are allowed into the Ground.
- The Club
accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to property or injury to
spectators whilst they are on the club's premises.
- Flags, weapons
or other similar articles are not permitted and the stewards and police
have the right to confiscate items they consider may be a danger to other
spectators.
- The throwing
or discharging of missiles is forbidden.
- Spectators are
not allowed to encroach onto the field of play or to interfere with the
normal course of play in any way.
- In relation to the cricket match taking place at the ground
spectators are not permitted to use a mobile telephone, tablet, laptop,
computer or other kind of communication device to either (i) communicate or in
any way transmit any form of commentary, data or other material, for any kind
of betting or corrupt or unlawful purpose; or (ii) conduct continuous betting
trading activity.
- At LV= Insurance County Championship and Royal London Cup matches, alcohol can be
brought into the ground, but is restricted to a maximum of four cans or a
75cl bottle of wine per person.
- NO ALCOHOL is
permitted to be brought into the ground for T20 games or matches played
under international regulations.
- The Club
reserves the right to eject or to cause the ejection of anyone who, within
the ground, is considered to be behaving in a manner likely:
- to bring the
Club or the game into disrepute; or
- to interfere
with the comfort, enjoyment or safety of other spectators; or
- to impede in
any way the activities of the Club, including the progress or conduct of
any match;
- to be in
breach of any of the official ground regulations.
SPECTATOR CODE
- Spectators must not attend
if they are suffering from Covid-19 symptoms and / or are required to self
-isolate.

Spectators
should assess the risk associated with attending, both at the point of ticket
purchase, and on the day of the game, relative to their own personal
circumstances, age, group size and makeup, health status and susceptibility to
infection.
- Please observe
respiratory etiquette - always cover your mouth if needing to cough or sneeze.
Avoid hugs, high-fives and any close contact with people who are not within
your social bubble. Take care when celebrating.
- Guidance
may be changed and updated at short notice, consistent with the latest
Government and Public Health England guidance.
- All spectators
agree to adhere to requirements stipulated at the venue regarding social
distancing and the movements and behaviours of spectators, including when
required, the wearing of face coverings.
MIDDLESEX CRICKET ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
It shall be a breach of the terms and conditions of
entry to the venue for any ticket-holder to engage in any conduct (whether
through the use of language, gestures or otherwise) which is likely to offend,
insult, humiliate, intimidate, threaten, disparage or vilify any other person
(including players, match officials or spectators) on the basis of their race,
religion, culture, colour, descent, nationality, ethnic origin, sex, gender,
sexual orientation, disability, marital status and/or maternity status. Such
action will not be tolerated and is likely to result in ejection from the
venue, the imposition of other sanctions, such as being banned from the venue
in the future and possible further action including criminal prosecution.
OUT-GROUND REFUND POLICY
VITALITY BLAST
If, because of bad weather conditions at the Ground
on the day for which this ticket is valid, play does not take place, or is
restricted to 5 overs or less, with no result being obtained, a full refund of
the face value of the ticket is available.
Refunds will be credited back onto the card used for
purchase. Please allow 30 days from the match
date for the refund to be processed.
This ticket is issued subject to the Ground
Regulations, copies of which are displayed above and near entrances to each
out-ground.
No alcohol may be brought into the ground at any
Vitality Blast match.
ROYAL LONDON CUP
If, because of bad weather conditions at the Ground
on the day for which this ticket is valid, play does not take place, or is
restricted to 10 overs or less, with no result being obtained, a full refund of
the face value of the ticket is available.
Refunds will be credited back onto the card used for
purchase. Please allow 30 days from the match
date for the refund to be processed.

copies of which are displayed above and near entrances to each out-ground.
