Job Purpose:
The Participation Team is a key department within Middlesex Cricket, we are part of the most vibrant city in the world and we are a county that embraces difference, pushes the boundaries on what can be achieved and wants to lead on the world stage. Our Participation Strategy covers delivery in 17 of the London Metropolitan Boroughs and focuses on three key strands: Children and Events, Clubs and Leagues and Community and Outreach.
