WOMEN & GIRL'S PERFORMANCE COACH
Middlesex Cricket is looking to appoint a Women and Girl's Performance Coach.
The club has a proud record of discovering and developing female cricketers who go on to represent the both National and International sides.
As part of the national Transforming Women and Girl's strategy, the talent pathway in Middlesex is key to developing high potential cricketers and helping them achieve their full potential.
This role will lead programmes across the County Age Groups and talent pathways. ensuring all stages are clearly aligned, and that the player experience is of the highest quality. The successful applicant will work with several other coaches and performance specialists to deliver a high performance environment, and ensure that players are given the optimum level of support.
