VACANCY - BOROUGH CRICKET LEAD

Middlesex Cricket is seeking to appoint the role of Borough Lead for Hounslow.

The successful candidate will report to Mark Lane, Assistant Head of Youth Cricket and liase with their Regional Head Coach. The principal objectives of this role within the Middlesex Player Pathway are:

• Accept nominations from clubs within that Borough(s) and talent identify, through trials, players to form a summer squad to play matches at U10, U12 and U14 age groups
• Plan, monitor and deliver a Winter training programme including identifying local coaches to assist in the delivery of the programmme
• Organise and assist the selected teams to play 4 matches at each age group
• Liaise with their Regional Head Coach to identify players for the next stage of the Player Pathway, Middlesex Regional cricket
• Manage a budget
• Manage and monitor your compliance register for all personnel involved in your programme
• Minimum of UKCC Level 2
• DBS
• Up-to-date 1^st Aid qualification
• Up-to-date SYC
• Experience of leading a young cricketer’s program
• This role is not salaried, however, there is a fee of £750.00
