VACANCY - FIRST TEAM COACH FOR MEN'S PROFESSIONAL TEAM

Job Title: First Team Coach - Men’s Professional Team

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Key relationships:

Location: Lord’s Cricket Ground, with cricket related travel as necessary

Term: Fixed Term Contract

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

The Role

Middlesex Cricket, based at Lord’s, is responsible for cricket in the county, from Men’s and Women’s professional teams to recreational cricket for all ages within 17 London Boroughs that form the county of Middlesex. Reporting to the Chief Executive and working in conjunction with the Head of Professional Cricket Performance, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the Professional Men’s First Team, including training and matches across both the winter and summer season. The successful candidate will be expected to add significant value to an effective club-wide culture, in line with the club’s ‘Winning Together’ strategy.
