Job Title: Participation Manager
Team: Participation
Location: Middlesex Indoor Cricket School, East End, Finchley N3 2TA
Reporting to: Director of Participation
Line Management Responsibility: Participation Coach / Apprentice x 2
Term: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 – 34,000 depending on experience
Main Duties:
Area management of clubs & projects in the Boroughs of Enfield and Haringey and responsible for building key partnerships with stakeholders in those Boroughs.
To manage and implement the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy for Middlesex, working closely with the Middlesex Diversity & Inclusion Group and using the Middlesex Foundation to maximise opportunities for communities.
Responsible for the development & management of the Middlesex Cricket delivered National Programmes across the County.
Responsible for development and management of ECB Core Cities programme across the county.
Responsible for identifying funding opportunities and writing funding applications for targeted projects that support the Middlesex Cricket Participation strategy
Work with community groups, community associations and education establishments to increase the access of cricket to under-represented groups of the community.
To develop and promote non-traditional cricket formats and arenas across the county.
Assist with the development of cricket in 17 London Boroughs in accordance with the Middlesex Cricket Strategic Plan, contributing to the responsibilities of the Participation Team as directed by the Director of Participation.
