The Role

Middlesex Cricket, based at Lord’s, is responsible for cricket in the county, from Men’s and Women’s professional teams to recreational cricket for all ages within 17 London Boroughs that form the county of Middlesex. Reporting to the Head of Men’s Professional Performance, and working in conjunction with the Player Pathway Head Coach and with other professional cricket support staff, the successful candidate will be expected to create, organise and manage an exception player pathway programme to aid the progression of talented young players into the Middlesex Professional squad. The Middlesex player pathway uses match-play Talent ID predominantly, through a 4-tiered selection process, which the successful candidate will be expected to manage efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be expected to add significant value to an effective club-wide culture, in line with the club’s ‘Winning Together’ strategy.
