Middlesex Cricket is dedicated to being a Club that reflects the broad diversity of the many communities and cultures that make the county of Middlesex what it is today.
From Tower Hamlets and Hackney in the East to Haringey and Brent in the North, to Hounslow and Harrow in the West, the county of Middlesex comprises some of the most diverse communities in the United Kingdom, and it is the Club’s firm intention to embed itself at the heart of each and every one of those communities, promoting cricket as a vehicle to bring people together.
The launch of the Club's Diversity and Inclusion Plan reflects our desire to engage with everyone in Middlesex in all communities and your feedback and insight into what could improve your relationship with the Club is crucial in us being able to achieve this.
The aims of our D&I Activation Plan are to:
We would love to hear from you with any feedback you may have as to what we could be doing better, how we can improve our engagement with community members around the county, and how we as a Club can work better with our communities to achieve the above four aims within our Plan.
It would help enormously if you could take a moment to answer the few short questions we have included in the following survey. Your answers will be completely anonymous and we will not be able to attribute your answers to the survey directly to you, so please feel free to speak freely and honestly, as your feedback is a crucial part of helping us to make change.
