Joe was first selected into a Middlesex age group at the age of 10 and was ever present through all the age groups. He has a great work ethic and is always looking to improve, which has shone through in recent years. Joe’s stand out achievement in the age groups was winning the Jack Robertson Batting award for the highest youth score in back to back years for scoring two double hundreds.
